About the role
Execute client orders for A-share index futures, swaps, and baskets while providing competitive pricing to institutional clients. Manage real-time desk exposure through dynamic hedging and oversee daily account operations and market analysis. Requires a degree in Finance or a related quantitative field and 2-5 years of trading experience in Delta One or equity derivatives. Candidates must possess deep knowledge of China A-share trading rules and the ability to perform under high pressure.
