Trader [Multiple Positions Available]

About the role

The trader will review underwriting models, lead committee presentations, and manage commercial real estate loan originations. They will also oversee team members, engage with internal capital markets teams, and manage client relationships throughout the deal closing process. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and possess at least five years of relevant experience in trading or CMBS analysis. Proficiency in financial modeling, credit risk assessment, and industry-standard software like Bloomberg and CoStar is required.
