About the role
Identify market- and client-driven growth opportunities, analyze trends, develop new products and business ideas, and structure complex Credit Markets solutions while supporting client transactions from concept through execution. Manage international trading books in coordination with central risk teams, considering pricing, P&L, RWA usage, hedging, KPIs, and regulatory requirements, while coordinating stakeholders across countries. Applicants need a degree in economics, natural sciences, or law, a banking qualification, or an equivalent credential, along with strong financial mathematics, economics, quantitative skills, and Credit Markets product expertise. The role also requires international capital markets experience and a strong network, experience with AI-enabled workflow optimization and Agentic Coding, and fluent German and English.
