About the role

Use the firm's capital to support APAC equity execution, working with Sales Traders to serve key accounts, originate revenue, and assess trade risk against potential returns. Manage flow-related risk and IPO stabilization within regulatory and risk limits, provide ETF pricing, and develop facilitation and hedging capabilities in collaboration with internal teams. Requires a bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Economics, at least 10 years of trading-related experience with most of that time in facilitation trading, and an SFC license. Candidates should have regional market experience, knowledge of Bloomberg and front-office trading systems, strong analytical and quantitative abilities, Excel, VBA and Python skills, effective interpersonal skills, and fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
