Quantitative Analyst / AI Junior Engineer

About the role

Extract, clean, validate, and analyze data using SQL and statistical methods to assess portfolio performance, customer payment behavior, and employee productivity. Develop AI-driven automation, dashboards, and reports, and collaborate with business leaders to test strategies and communicate practical recommendations. A bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or Computer Science is required, along with advanced SQL and Microsoft Excel skills. Candidates should have strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities, attention to data accuracy, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple assignments; AI, machine learning, Python, and visualization experience are preferred.
