About the role
Develop and optimize options strategies across global markets, using market data and quantitative models to identify opportunities, execute trades, and manage portfolio risk. Collaborate with traders, quantitative analysts, data scientists, and developers to improve strategies, algorithms, and trading systems while monitoring market developments. Requires a degree in a relevant field from a top-tier university, strong options-market expertise, quantitative trading experience, and a proven record of generating more than $2 million in PnL for over three years. Candidates should have strong analytical, risk-management, communication, and teamwork skills; programming experience in Python, C++, or similar is preferred, and existing work authorization for the UK or US is required.
