Team Lead - Trader

About the role

Lead and develop a US-based team of traders and Sport Owners, overseeing pricing, real-time exposure, risk, third-party feeds, and profitability while ensuring regulatory and internal-policy compliance. Analyze trading performance and competitor positioning, report improvement opportunities to senior management, and coordinate with product, quant, technology, and operations teams. Candidates should have hands-on sportsbook trading experience, strong knowledge of sports betting, odds compilation, and trading strategies, and broad sporting knowledge. They should be analytical, decisive, customer-focused communicators who can mentor colleagues and work effectively across teams.
