About the role
Manage an RMB portfolio and develop investment strategies informed by onshore macroeconomic conditions and offshore CNH market dynamics. Establish a macro analysis framework, manage portfolio risk using appropriate hedging instruments, meet revenue targets within assigned risk limits, and complete ad hoc projects. A bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, accounting, or a quantitative discipline is required, along with more than five years of RMB bond market investment or trading experience. Candidates should be proficient with professional computer applications, self-motivated, analytically strong, effective communicators, and fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
