Senior Quantitative Analyst/ Sports Betting Mathematician

About the role

Develop and calibrate pre-match, in-play, BetBuilder, and Cashout pricing models, derive consistent market probabilities, and manage liabilities and risk across sports markets. Set the quantitative roadmap for assigned sports, support trading decisions during high-liability events, and partner with Engineering to deploy and monitor production pricing services while mentoring other quantitative analysts. Requires at least five years of quantitative analysis experience, including three or more years in sports betting, betting exchanges, or sports trading and analytics, alongside expert Python and probabilistic modeling skills. Candidates should have experience with pre-match and in-play sports models, bookmaking risk and margin management, advanced SQL, production model deployment, machine learning, and low-latency or streaming systems; English proficiency at B2 or higher is required.
