AI Engineer, Trading Ops & Management

About the role

Manage the full trade lifecycle, daily P&L attribution, data integrity, and risk monitoring across trading and finance systems. Build AI-driven workflows, predictive risk models, anomaly detection, automated reporting, and performance dashboards to improve trading operations. Candidates need at least three years of experience in front-office operations, quantitative development, or a combination of risk management and systems architecture, along with expert Python and strong SQL skills. They should understand P&L attribution, financial controls, market risk indicators, and financial products, and be able to work extended hours when trading demands require it.
