Equity Derivatives Trader

About the role

Manage market risk for the equity derivatives trading book within desk limits, and price and execute transactions for institutional and corporate clients. Collaborate with sales, structuring, risk, quantitative, and global trading teams to develop client solutions, identify opportunities, hedge exposures, and improve the franchise while maintaining strong governance and controls. Requires at least four years of equity derivatives trading experience in Global Markets, a university degree in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, or another quantitative discipline, and strong knowledge of derivatives, pricing, and market risk. Bloomberg and advanced Excel skills are required; structured equity products, e-trading, programming, trading analytics, postgraduate qualifications, and Spanish are preferred, while English is required.
