Options Trader

About the role

Develop, execute, and improve options strategies across global markets while managing positions, risk, hedging, volatility exposure, and trade execution. Analyze market conditions and collaborate with quantitative and technology teams to enhance trading models, algorithms, execution tools, and infrastructure. Candidates should have several years of mid-senior or senior options trading experience and a demonstrable personal track record of consistent PnL, along with strong knowledge of derivatives, options pricing, volatility, and risk management. A relevant degree and an analytical, entrepreneurial approach are sought; crypto options experience is advantageous, programming knowledge is beneficial, and candidates must have U.S. work authorization and be based in the New York area.
