Commodity Derivatives Trader – Energy

About the role

Build and manage an energy derivatives book focused on ULSD and refined products, including futures, swaps, options, and average-price structures, while hedging company and customer fuel-price exposure. Originate customer solutions, manage basis and transaction risks, monitor market fundamentals, and help establish the systems and controls for the growing energy business. Candidates need at least five years of experience trading, structuring, or hedging energy derivatives, with hands-on experience in futures, OTC swaps, options, and averaging structures. Familiarity with ISDA documentation, collateral and credit terms, and CFTC requirements is expected, along with strong quantitative and Excel skills and a commercial, entrepreneurial mindset.
