About the role
Manage trade lifecycles, daily P&L attribution, operational workflows, reconciliations, and data integrity across trading and finance systems. Build AI-driven automation, risk models, anomaly detection, reporting, and performance dashboards to improve trading operations and risk monitoring. Requires at least three years of experience in front-office operations, quantitative development, or a combination of risk management and systems architecture in a financial institution. Candidates should have expert Python and strong SQL skills, financial knowledge of P&L attribution and market risk indicators, and the ability to automate processes and work extended hours when needed.
