About the role
Lead the eFX Spot team, managing its people, recruitment, performance, and operational activities. Own realized risk and P&L, oversee trading and client flow, improve pricing and execution systems, maintain counterparty relationships, and contribute to product and infrastructure projects. Sell-side electronic FX trading experience is required, and prior leadership experience is a strong advantage. Candidates should understand market microstructure and client needs, turn large datasets into actionable insights, and demonstrate strong prioritization, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
