About the role
Execute and manage ETF trades across markets, monitor market conditions, maintain relationships with liquidity providers, and oversee ETF creation and redemption processes. Apply hedging strategies, assess trading costs and execution quality, and provide portfolio managers with market and liquidity insights while ensuring compliance. Requires a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience trading ETFs or similar instruments. Candidates should understand ETF structures and market mechanics, be proficient with trading and analytical tools, and demonstrate strong analytical and decision-making skills; Series 7 and 57 licenses are preferred.
