About the role
Design and optimize techniques for accelerating AI, mathematical, and financial workloads across modern CPU and GPU architectures, profiling and removing bottlenecks from algorithms through system behavior. Collaborate with research, hardware, compiler, and tools teams to influence future platforms, and publish and present findings to the developer community. Requires a Master’s or PhD in a relevant field, at least five years of relevant work or research experience, hands-on CUDA and parallel programming experience, and fluency in C/C++. Candidates should understand CPU/GPU architecture, algorithms, software design, linear algebra, and GPU performance optimization; experience with inference optimization, TensorRT, TensorRT-LLM, cuTile, or parallelized machine-learning methods is an advantage.
