Principal Front Office Engineer - Investment Innovation, Integration & Trading

About the role

Lead the design and development of prototypes and proofs of concept supporting fixed-income investing, investment analysis, AI-enabled workflows, and reporting. Partner with investment teams to turn AI-generated artifacts into robust, scalable, production-ready applications and tools. Requires at least eight years of professional Python programming experience, strong SQL skills, full-stack development knowledge, and experience with Git and agentic programming tools. Candidates should also have front-end and UX experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and foundational knowledge of financial markets; Bloomberg BQuant, financial data platforms, and quantitative analysis experience are preferred.
