About the role
Develop and execute options strategies across global markets while managing positions, risk, hedging, and sizing. Collaborate with quantitative researchers, developers, and traders to improve models, execution, pricing, and trading systems, while mentoring junior traders. Requires at least seven years of options trading experience, a consistent personal PnL track record, and strong knowledge of derivatives, options pricing, and volatility. A degree in a relevant field and strong quantitative, analytical, and risk-management skills are sought; programming knowledge and experience mentoring junior traders are advantageous.
