Senior Cross-product Trader

About the role

Develop and execute cross-product trading strategies across FX and interest-rate products, pursuing relative-value, basis, and volatility opportunities while adhering to position, risk, and stop-loss limits. Provide market analysis and strategic insights to senior management, and improve quantitative models, trading signals, and risk frameworks. Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field, and at least 10 years of active FX trading experience with a proven trading record. Candidates should have deep knowledge of FX and rates products, strong quantitative and programming skills, excellent English and Chinese communication skills, and the ability to generate and manage trading ideas independently.
