Delta-One Trader- Analyst/Associate

About the role

Execute and manage DMA orders, support prime brokerage operations, monitor trading-book positions and risk, and assist with equity financing and strategy analysis. Develop pricing and analytical tools, research client flows and solution needs, and coordinate execution, compliance, and due diligence across internal teams. A bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative discipline is required, with a master's degree preferred, along with 1–6 years of relevant delta-one trading, prime brokerage, or DMA execution experience. Candidates should understand A-share and cross-border equity markets and related regulations, have quantitative programming skills, be fluent in English and Mandarin, and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
