About the role
Work closely with traders and quantitative analysts to develop and improve decision-support, production, risk-monitoring, and P&L tools. Participate in the daily activities of the trading desk and gain practical experience in derivatives trading. Applicants should be pursuing a fourth- or fifth-year engineering or university degree, specializing in applied mathematics or finance, and have experience with algorithms and software projects. Strong Office skills, analytical and quantitative abilities, written and interpersonal communication, adaptability, teamwork, and fluency in English are expected; Python with pandas, polars, and NumPy is required for some trading areas, while prior financial-markets experience is desirable.
