Junior Power Trader

About the role

Support trading of renewable energy assets across futures, spot, Day-Ahead, Intraday, physical, and financial power markets, including preparing and submitting schedules and nominations to transmission system operators. Help develop trading strategies and quantitative models, improve and automate trading systems, monitor European energy markets, and share market insights with the team. Candidates should have up to two years of experience in power trading, financial markets, or a similar analytical role, and a bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative or related field. Requirements include fluent Polish and English, advanced Excel, strong analytical and quantitative skills, an understanding of power markets and renewable energy, attention to detail, sound decision-making under pressure, and collaborative communication; Python or VBA is an advantage.
