About the role
Own and improve production data pipelines connecting Balbec’s operating platform with FIS VPM, including residential investment activity and mortgage-related workflows. Stabilize recurring jobs, investigate data and accounting discrepancies, reduce manual work, and coordinate with Engineering and Investment Accounting. Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative or technical field, or equivalent production engineering ability, along with strong Python and SQL skills. The role strongly prefers 2–4 years of relevant accounting systems, loan accounting, or middle-office experience, plus the ability to own production processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
