GM Distribution - Quantitative Analyst/Engineer

About the role

Lead and contribute hands-on to the design, development, deployment, and operation of analytics and AI solutions for Global Markets Distribution, owning implementation, data quality, monitoring, costs, and releases. Partner with sales and trading desks, quants, and developers to identify business problems, select appropriate approaches, deliver production tools, and strengthen engineering practices and team capability. A degree in mathematics, computer science, engineering, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred; experience leading or managing a team while remaining hands-on is also sought. Candidates should have strong Python and production engineering skills, experience with modern AI tools and complex financial data, and confidence with cloud and containerized deployments; Global Markets knowledge and tools such as Kubernetes, Airflow, Azure, Spark, and kdb+/q are welcome but not required.
