ECM Trader, Greater China Equities

About the role

Monitor and analyze global equity capital markets deal flow, model and assess deal pricing and performance, and identify event-driven trading opportunities. Prepare deal summaries and trade recommendations, maintain market intelligence resources, and collaborate with portfolio managers, analysts, and traders. Requires at least two years of relevant experience in equity capital markets, investment banking, equity research, or event-driven investing, along with strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, as are a quantitative background and strong written and verbal Chinese communication skills.
