About the role
Execute trades across listed futures, options, and OTC swaps for Russell Investments funds and client portfolios. Research and advise on derivatives strategies, provide subject matter expertise, prepare trading and cost reports, and support process improvements with trading, operations, and technology teams. A bachelor's degree in finance or a related area and 4–6 years of relevant trade experience, including at least 2 years in derivatives trading or portfolio management, are requested. Candidates should have strong analytical, quantitative, communication, organizational, and Excel skills; options or fixed-income experience, CFA or CAIA progress, and Bloomberg experience are advantageous.
