Junior Fixed Income Relative Value Trader

About the role

Work closely with the head of the fixed-income relative-value desk to monitor markets and positions, research and execute trades, and manage risk. Develop analytical tools and automated workflows, investigate pricing and performance changes, and progressively take on greater trading responsibility. A bachelor's degree in a rigorous quantitative discipline and strong quantitative reasoning, attention to detail, initiative, and resilience are required. Candidates must be interested in markets, trading, technology, and risk, and be able to work full-time from the Northfield office for at least 18 months; prior fixed-income or trading-desk experience is valuable but not required.
