About the role
Manage and improve trading strategies across decentralized venues and protocols, monitoring performance, market conditions, and risk exposures. Identify and assess trading opportunities, support liquidity provisioning, principal trading, and yield-generation activity, and share market and protocol insights to inform trading decisions. Candidates need at least one year of professional trading experience, strong commercial judgment and risk awareness, and the ability to use data and coding to test ideas and improve trading performance. A technical or quantitative degree or equivalent practical experience is required, along with an interest in DeFi, crypto market structure, and on-chain trading; prior crypto or DeFi experience is beneficial but not required.
