About the role
Manage the RMB portfolio and develop investment strategies informed by onshore macroeconomic conditions and offshore CNH market dynamics. Establish a macro analysis framework, manage portfolio risk and hedging, meet revenue targets within assigned risk limits, and complete ad hoc projects. A bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, accounting, or a quantitative discipline is required, along with more than five years of RMB bond market fixed-income investment or trading experience. Candidates should have strong computer application proficiency, analytical and communication skills, and fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
