About the role

Execute, allocate, settle, and reconcile trades; maintain and rebalance portfolios across strategies; and support trade requests from advisors and portfolio managers. Monitor trading workflows, resolve transaction and system discrepancies with operations, maintain reports, and help ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant investment operations. A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field is listed, and 1–2 years of trade desk or securities operations experience is preferred. Preferred qualifications include proficiency with portfolio trading systems such as Tamarac or Flyer Co-Pilot, strong analytical and organizational skills, general business software knowledge, and an interest in markets and trading.
