Prepare trade plans and performance logs, review trades, and participate in sessions on strategy, market psychology, and discipline. Applicants should be students or recent graduates in Finance, Economics, Quantitative fields, or International Relations, with strong interest in global currencies and central banks. Attention to detail, self-motivation, and disciplined execution are expected; familiarity with MetaTrader, TradingView, or cTrader and prior trading or macro research exposure are recommended.
