About the role
Develop and improve trading strategies, generate and review alpha ideas, and assess models, backtests, and code. Lead junior quants, manage research priorities and projects, collaborate with the CIO and founders on portfolio and risk, and recruit and train team members. A bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field is required, along with experience in Python and quantitative research or data analytics. Candidates must be fluent in English.
