Junior Trader

About the role

Execute trades across global rates, foreign exchange, and equity derivatives while supporting best execution, risk controls, and efficient settlement. Assist portfolio managers, build counterparty relationships, monitor market developments, and improve trading workflows, analytics, and performance reporting. A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or a related field; prior trading experience or familiarity with investment platforms is advantageous but not required. Candidates should demonstrate interest in financial markets, strong quantitative and analytical ability, attention to detail, communication skills, Excel proficiency, and a proactive willingness to learn; programming experience is a plus.
