TRAINEE: Deltaone Trader Assistant

About the role

Support the Deltaone Trading team with daily operations, maintaining and improving desk spreadsheets and tools, and developing product knowledge related to pricing parameters. Assist senior traders with new products and strategies using machine learning and quantitative tools, backtest strategies and models, review risk systems and book exposures, and build relationships with sales and structuring teams. A relevant master's degree in finance, engineering, mathematics, machine learning, or a similar field is required; prior trading-floor experience is an advantage. Candidates should have strong Excel skills and coding ability in VBA and/or Python, analytical and communication skills, an interest in financial markets and complex products, and fluency in English.
