Manage the Tokyo Derivatives Office and provide structuring and execution services for derivatives across various asset classes for clients in Asia. Develop new investment ideas and expand the derivatives business with third-party investors while enhancing operational processes. Requires 5 to 10 years of experience trading derivatives for top financial institutions and a postgraduate degree in a quantitative discipline. Must possess deep knowledge of complex derivatives strategies and strong client-facing communication skills.
