About the role
Trade crude and refined-product derivatives, manage positions and risk, and deliver P&L or actionable trade ideas. Develop fundamental market views, contribute to coverage of middle distillates and light ends, and collaborate with traders, analysts, and quants on trade ideas and portfolio construction. Requires at least three years in an oil trading or trading strategist role and an evidenced track record of P&L performance or trade ideas adopted by a desk. Candidates should have deep knowledge of at least one part of the oil barrel, strong independent fundamental analysis skills, and readiness to trade from day one; Python and cross-barrel experience are advantages.
