About the role

Manage EMEA and US exotic equity derivatives books, price exotic structures for sales and clients, and analyze trading opportunities and P&L. Monitor market conditions and research business opportunities while collaborating with traders, quantitative teams, and technology teams to improve risk-management tools. A degree in finance, mathematics, engineering, or a related field is required, along with strong equity derivatives knowledge and at least six years of exotic derivatives experience for the Associate Director role or three years for the Analyst role. Coding proficiency is required for Associate Director and preferred for Analyst; candidates should also demonstrate strong analytical skills, motivation, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure.
