About the role

Generate and manage a profitable oil derivatives trading book within approved risk limits, monitoring P&L, VaR, positions, liquidity, and portfolio exposure. Develop market views from global oil fundamentals and physical market dynamics, execute risk-adjusted trading strategies, and contribute market intelligence and ideas to the broader trading organization. Candidates need at least seven years of relevant trading experience and a verifiable record of profitable oil derivatives trading, with deep expertise in at least one oil market segment. They should bring strong options, volatility, quantitative, and risk-management capabilities, along with commercial judgment and the ability to manage a trading book independently.
