About the role
Analyze loan portfolio performance, identify credit risks and opportunities, forecast credit losses, and develop strategies to improve portfolio risk and support loan growth. Conduct quantitative analysis, create dashboards and executive-ready reports, and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders and senior leaders. Requires a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and at least three years of relevant analytical and reporting experience, preferably in financial services. Candidates should be proficient in SQL, R, Python, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of lending products, credit risk, profitability, A/B testing, and strong stakeholder and communication skills.
